The Most Fun You Will have as a Volunteer!
Who said you can’t volunteer and dance all at the same time?
Every Thursday Evening from 6-8pm, June 23rd to August 11th
More than 1,500 people come together in San Mateo’s beautiful Central Park to enjoy free live music.
You can help support free live music in San Mateo while having a good time by:
- Late May, Early June: Hitting the streets of San Mateo with some guerilla marketing to the community is vital. We need you to hand out flyers and posters in areas like Downtown. This should only take an afternoon of your time.
- Pre Event, 4:30-6pm: Preparing for an event can be a lot of work and having a few people who don’t mind a fast pace can be a huge help. You will be doing everything from working with the bands, ensuring sound check happens, and making sure the food vendors are all lined up and ready to serve.
- During Event, 6-8pm: Dance, socialize, listen to great music, serve our VIP section, sell raffle tickets, collect donations, and help hand out raffle prizes. Again, this is important and fun work for a willing volunteer.
